Poor Man's duck sled

Take a 55 gal plastic drum and cut in half longways.
drill holes for rope pull line, (thicker rope is better, easier on hands/shoulders)
Sand/file edges to remove burrs and sharp spots. (Then even run a propane torch over it to really smooth it over, not really ness but up to you.)

They are super tough, and cheap(free)  carwashes will give you them, like you go in and ask for one and the guy will say "....only if you take ___several___...." LOL
They are much tougher than commercial sleds, they wont crack from the cold and can take heavy abuse.

also works great for deer,  ice fishing,  firewood etc....
